Big chandelier earrings are back!

Yes, big chandelier earrings are back, but before you go looking to Pat Butcher for inspiration (!!!) there are a few rules to follow.  Think vintage chandeliers quite literally.  Metallics with coloured beads or jewels are the order of the day with plenty of little dangly bits to catch the light like these from Accessorize for £16.  Big chunks of coloured plastic will not do, that trend is long gone (sorry Pat).  Earrings that almost touch your shoulders will be very eye catching, and will suit most hairstyles from cropped to long, but be warned, long hair can get caught up in very long earrings, so go for a style that’s swept away from your face.  If you have some cash to splash and want to be noticed, these long drop earrings from Erickson Beamon at Harvey Nichols for £270 will certainly add glamour to any outfit.
