Yellow Julien Macdonald dress for Gok style

Gok did a fantastic job on this Julien Macdonald dress from Debenhams, the black edging he used did a great job of turning it into a a much bolder dress.  Yellow is a difficult colour to wear, and the black gave it a great contrast making it easier to wear against most skin tones.  The great thing about this outfit is that you can shop the accessories anywhere on the high street, you’ll always find black strappy patent sandals and clutch, and more than likely you won’t even need to leave Debemhams.  The earrings also made this outfit, but unfortunately the website they came from is currently under construction, so an alternative are these from Topshop, they’re not different lengths, but you could always add your own embellishments to one to make it longer, such as beads on jewellery wire wrapped around the top of the earring, or black marabou feathers for a really gorgeous tropical feel.
