Ruffles are still big this season and are a great way of covering parts of your body you don’t want to draw attention to.  Nearly all evening tops and dresses are low cut to emphasise the bust, are V neck or strapless which just doesn’t help those not blessed in the chest department. If you are flat chested the ruffles on this dress are a perfect way to hide what you don’t have and actually give the illusion of a bust.  This Miso dress from Republic is £24.99 and would look great with electric blue killer heels and clutch, if you’re not too sure about showing too much leg wear over a pair of black or bright skinny leg trousers.
