This petite red frill blouse from Debenhams for £23 is perfect for tiny petite figures.  The nipped in waist and cascading frills on the front give the illusion of curves for those with a small bust.  As a flat chested girl I often find that I can’t wear low cut tops or ‘keyhole’ tops, yet the layers of fabric mean that you don’t need to wear a bra or you can wear one without showing it!  The feminine look is carried through to the  arms with gentle sheer sleeves and the frilled ‘Victoriana’ style high neck.
